1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Streamly: IPTV & Movies (“Streamly” or the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to any applicable platform rules. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
For an App Store download, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom EULA is presented through Apple. These Terms describe additional conditions for Streamly’s features and third-party connections; they do not reduce non-waivable consumer rights.
2. What Streamly does
Streamly is a media player that can import IPTV playlists from URLs or local M3U, M3U8, and W3U files, open compatible direct stream links, connect to Xtream providers, play provider-supplied live TV, movies, and series, manage favorites, and provide an AI chat assistant.
Streamly does not provide channels, playlists, movies, series, provider credentials, or subscriptions. It does not grant you a license to any media. Availability, catalog contents, access conditions, fees, regional restrictions, and content rights are determined by your chosen provider or source.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for every playlist, URL, file, credential, provider account, and item of content you use with Streamly. You must have the permission and legal right to access and play that content and must follow applicable law and the provider’s terms.
You are also responsible for keeping credentials secure, using a trusted network, and choosing HTTPS sources where available. Removing a provider profile from Streamly does not cancel the provider account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Streamly to:
- infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights;
- bypass digital rights management, access controls, authentication, geographic restrictions, or payment requirements;
- access or distribute content without authorization;
- use another person’s credentials, attack or overload a service, introduce malware, or interfere with the App or a third party;
- reverse engineer or modify the App except where applicable law or an open-source license expressly permits it;
- submit passwords, access tokens, or unlawfully obtained information to the AI assistant.
5. Third-party sources and services
Playlists, provider catalogs, artwork, streams, and external links come from independent third parties. Streamly does not control or endorse them and cannot guarantee that a URL, file, codec, provider, catalog, or stream will remain available, secure, accurate, lawful, or compatible.
Your use of a provider may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. Streamly’s ability to connect to a source does not establish an affiliation with that source or confirm that you have permission to use it.
6. AI assistant
AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Verify important information before relying on it. An AI answer is not legal advice, is not proof that content is available from a provider, and does not grant permission to access or distribute content. Your use of the AI assistant is also subject to the data handling described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its original interface, software, documentation, and Streamly branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party media, logos, metadata, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms give you only the limited right to use the App under the applicable platform license; they do not transfer ownership or grant rights in third-party content.
8. Technical limitations and availability
Playback depends on your device, network, source format, codec support, server availability, provider configuration, and regional access. Some sources may use insecure HTTP. The AI assistant and other remote functions require an internet connection and their supporting services to be available.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, law, or product maintenance. Updates may require a supported version of iOS. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every source or provider.
9. Ending use
You may stop using Streamly at any time and remove saved items through available controls. We may restrict access to Streamly-controlled services when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms. Ending App use does not cancel an external provider account or an Apple-managed transaction.
10. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Streamly and its remote features are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, the accuracy of AI output, or the availability, legality, security, quality, or compatibility of a third-party source.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Streamly publisher is not responsible for losses caused by a third-party provider, unauthorized source, insecure HTTP connection, unavailable stream, user-supplied credential, or reliance on an AI response. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, its integrations, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change requires additional consent under applicable law, that consent will be requested before the change applies.
